  • We ship orders across Pakistan and to selected international destinations.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for customers in Pakistan. International customers must pay using credit or debit cards.
  • Shipping availability may vary based on courier service coverage and international customs regulations.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days (depending on location).
  • International Orders: 7–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier delays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • All applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Our product prices include applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Tracking Orders

  • It is recommended to record a video while opening your parcel to support claims.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
