These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website shilajitbyununaturals.com (“Site”) and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts and Guest Checkout

You may create an account to purchase products and track orders.
Guest checkout is available for users who prefer not to register.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations of these Terms.

3. Products Offered

We exclusively sell Shilajit in physical form. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may not perfectly represent the actual product.

4. Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments worldwide.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for customers within Pakistan.
International customers must use online payment methods (COD is not available outside Pakistan).
All prices displayed on our Site include applicable taxes and shipping charges at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within the timeframe specified during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs procedures, or courier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

We value customer satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

Within 48 hours: Customers may request a return or refund. We will cover all costs, including shipping. Full refunds will be issued for product cost and shipping.
After 48 hours:
- Returns: Customer must cover return shipping costs and 50% of the order value will be deducted. The product must be returned in its original condition.
- Refunds: Only 50% of the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges and the remaining 50% will not be reimbursed.
No restocking fees apply.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our products may have potential health benefits, but results vary between individuals.
Health claims are not 100% guaranteed and are not intended to replace professional medical advice.
These statements have not been evaluated by any medical or regulatory authority.
