Refunds & Returns Policy

At Shilajit by UNU Naturals, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Please carefully read our Refunds & Returns Policy before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only unopened and sealed items are eligible for return.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product was damaged during shipping.
  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or used are not eligible for return.
  • Orders placed in incorrect quantities (e.g., customer mistakenly ordered 2 units instead of 1, or selected the wrong weight like 20g instead of 50g) are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Proof Requirement

  • Customers must provide proof of damage by sharing videos and images.
  • It is highly recommended that customers make a video while unboxing the parcel.
  • If there is no proof of damage, the order will be considered non-returnable.
  • We always record a video before packing the order. If the customer’s unboxing video shows no damage or discrepancy, the return will not be accepted.

3. Return & Refund Timeline

  • Within 48 hours of delivery:
    • Customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • The entire cost will be refunded, including product and shipping charges.
    • Alternatively, a replacement order will be shipped within 4–8 days at no extra cost.
  • After 48 hours of delivery:
    • Only 50% of the product cost will be refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable.
    • If the customer wishes to receive a replacement, they must pay 50% of the previous order value including shipping.
    • In this case, the customer may keep the previous order and still receive the replacement.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment processor.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Customers requesting a replacement instead of a refund will receive their new product within 4–8 business days after approval.
  • In both refund and replacement cases, the customer may keep the original product (unless specifically instructed otherwise).

6. Non-Returnable Situations

  • No valid proof (video/images) provided by the customer.
  • No unboxing video made and the product shows no damage upon opening.
  • Products ordered in wrong quantity or wrong weight variant by mistake.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products.
